We ship from New Jersey and NJ Sales tax is charged, where applicable.

By utilising the Amazing Whiteboard website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.
All contracts for the purchase of products and services offered on Amazingwhiteboard.com are governed by the laws of New Jersey. All items supplied remain the property of the seller until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in the seller in full.
The seller shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website. All images and descriptions on this site are copyright protected and cannot be reused without our written permission.
To the fullest extent as permitted at law, Amazingwhiteboard.com provides this website and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All disclaimers and exclusions included in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey. Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be sever able and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Amazingwhiteboard.com takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods offered on the Amazingwhiteboard.com website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. All communication by fax or email are legally binding.
Returns policy
If any goods delivered by us are faulty, damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or fail to match the items ordered by you, then you should email us explaining the problem to sales@amazingwhiteboard.com and request an RMA number. Returned product must have a valid RMA number, issued by us, written on the shipping label. Return shipments without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted, and will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Customer is responsible for loss and damage on any returned item. Insure return shipment in case of loss. Any defective item must be returned within 30 days of being shipped. After 30 days all sales are final.
